I’ve spent the last 8 years as a personal chef in NYC and now host supper clubs and private events across NJ. Soj @ Home started with a few requests to have "whatever I was eating." With a background in nutrition, but a passion for cooking-- I would say my food lands somewhere between having fun, eating simple, trying new things & highlighting how tasty a vegetable can be.
